Clear Opt-In Experience You'll always have full control over your subscription. A clear opt-in option is presented directly on each product page, with your choice confirmed again during checkout. No hidden enrollments—ever.

Order Confirmation & Subscription Details Once your subscription order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email outlining your billing schedule, subscription terms, and how to manage your plan at any time.

Subscription Model We operate on a subscription model designed for convenience. If you subscribe while taking advantage of a promotional bundle (e.g. Buy 1 Get 1 Free), your first shipment will include the free bonus item(s). All subsequent auto-refill shipments will contain only the quantity you originally purchased (without the free bonus items) and will be billed at the standard subscription price for that quantity.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team. Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to take effect. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
